What happens when I run out of credits?
Generation pauses rather than silently billing you. You can top up in 5,000-credit blocks at any time, or wait for the next cycle. Unused credits roll over up to one month's allowance, so an unusually quiet month is not lost.
Do different models cost different amounts?
No. A 1024² image is 2 credits whether it routes to Flux, GPT Image, Seedream or Recraft. We absorb the provider price difference so your budget stays predictable and KINIX Auto can pick the best model without costing you more.
Who owns what I make?
You do. On Creator and above, output carries full commercial rights including client work and paid media. The Free plan is for evaluation, so it is non-commercial and watermarked.
Can I use my own provider API keys?
On Studio and Enterprise, yes. Bring your own keys and those generations bill to your provider account instead of your KINIX credits, while still using the router, Studio and Channels.
How do seats work on Studio?
Studio includes 5 seats sharing one credit pool and one brand vault. Additional seats are $39 each. Roles are Owner, Admin, Creator, Reviewer and Viewer — reviewers can approve without consuming credits.
Is there an annual discount?
Annual billing is 20% less than monthly and includes the same credit allowance each month. You can switch from monthly to annual mid-cycle and we prorate the difference.
